Our phones are on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you are ready, please contact us and one of our team will be able to guide and support your through making your arrangements.
We will collect 24 hours a day whether that be from your home, vets or a specific location. We will send you a courtesy text or call to let you know your pet is safely with us.
Once your pet is with us, they will be handled with care, in their own individual bed. We will complete any requested wishes and keepsakes prior to your chosen cremation service.
Ashes will be returned within a maximum of 7 days of collection. These will be delivered by hand, by a member of our team, in your chosen scatter-tube, urn, cask or personalised keepsake.
